I have a rewarding career in healthcare for over 27 years, as an educator, researcher and administrator -- helping thousands live better and healthier lives, building better communities; teaching and educating others to improve self-efficacy, communication, performance, and productivity; leading and spearheading projects, teams and staff to make a difference in this world. I coach and mentor individuals using strategies and methods that help them make profound life and business transformation. I also serve on boards and committee where I get to make an impact locally, regionally, and nationally -- that affect policies, procedures, interventions.

I see leadership as an opportunity to serve others and doing things greater than myself. Giving back and serving others is the most selfless thing you can do -- and I love it.

I've been featured in cool places, I'm  a national speaker, a social and community activists, and  I believe in not conforming to the norms and I don't take NO as an answer, but find other ways to YES.

Being a successful entrepreneur has been so rewarding and there is so much POWER in being a visualizer, a actualizer, and  helping others improve their existence on this earth. This is my purpose and I OWN IT with my heart and soul.
